So, it’s Valentine’s Day. I don’t really care. I kinda got over it when the only person who gave me a Valentine after you were forced to give everyone Valentines in elementary school was a mentally disabled girl in seventh grade. The only person to ever send me flowers has been my father. I think I had a Valentine’s Day once that was kinda fun but I mean, pizza and porn isn’t really anything to clamor for after high school. I’m not butt hurt or anything. It’s just something I’ve come to accept.

This year there were no expectations but some mild hopes that were inevitably dashed. And since these mild hopes were dashed, I’ve been met with the same stupid catch phrase from everyone: “he just wasn’t that into you.” WELL THANKS. OBVIOUSLY. And then every day I would be at the stop light on my way to work and there was this huge billboard for He’s Just Not That Into You. It’s like everywhere I go someone or something is telling me “he’s just not that into you”. Well, you know who is into me? ME. I’M INTO ME. So now I’m doing lots of things that are good for me and just as I started doing that, the billboard changed.

And then Rebekah came over and we made a vid about it.

So, that is that.

& this is the billboard I was speaking of:

It says, “Every day is a turning point.” and on the side is where it says “Start a change reaction.”
Very enlightening.

I’m going to reference it for insightful conversations over dinner this evening… with my dad.
(He better have fucking got me flowers.)

NYE Aftermath.

As most of you guys noticed, there was a lack of correspondents in the New Year’s Eve videos.
For anyone who attended the event, there is no explanation needed.
For everyone who was not there, well, I could see how one would be confused and curious as to where my trusty counterpart, Rebekah Brandes, was.

Well, in trying to construct cohesive creations, I chose to leave the footage of Rebekah out.
For a number of reasons.
At any rate, Rebekah noticed her lack of screen time as well and confronted me about it this week.

Back in September, you might recall I wrote this blog documenting my Jew-crushes. Upon reading, Rebekah decided to give me “Jew Lessons”. The episode was never seen… until now.
I thought to myself, “What a better day than the first day of Hanukkah to release this T&tT Tid-Bit?”
There isn’t a better day !!!

“T&tT Tid-Bits Vids” is basically a collection of scenes that got left on the chopping block while recording Tangents & The Times with correspondent Rebekah Brandes. And being the narcissist I am as well as reviewing the ever-climbing blog stats (anything tagged with ‘Rebekah Brandes’ gets about as much traffic as anything tagged with ‘jizz’ [which is saying a lot because I mean, a shit ton of people love searching for jizz]), I have decided to release these little gems.

I shall be releasing them up until Thursday, which is the day I get free shit- I don’t know what you do that day. But yeah, here is some of the free shit I’m giving out this season.
