These are a few of my favorite things.

1. AA High Waisted Leggings
I can’t get enough of American Apparel’s Faux Denim High-Waisted Leggings. I practically live in these suckers. They look like the skinniest jeans you could possibly squeeze into but are really as comfortable as curling up on the couch in your pajams in winter. Easily dressed up or down, I can find any event or excuse to throw these on. The only downside: Fuzzy-butt. Yeah, you know when you wear a bathingsuit and you go in the spa enough or sit on the concrete your ass gets all balled up? Yeah, Fuzzy-butt is a common annoyance and unfortunately these bad boys are highly susceptible. Beware of cat claws, brick walls and your french manicure.

2. Kao Pao Shu Jersey Top
Naida Bageta’s Kao Pao Shu line fluctuates between intricate to simple. This double-lined Italian jersey tube top is emblazoned with her own cityscape sketch art and is so freakin’ soft. Easy day to night: black satin flats to patent leather pumps.

3. George Clooney
My generation’s Sean Connery. Even when he’s eighty, Georgey boy will top my lists. Debonair and dashing since ’95, that mug and that steeze will forever be etched into my dreams- siiiiiiigh. I am excitedly anticipating The Cohen Brothers’ Burn After Reading which is released on the 12th.

4. Blake Lively
The next Sarah Jessica Parker. If I ever got cancer and The Make A Wish Foundation was like, “Miss Ross, what would you like?” I would say Blake’s wardrobe on and off set- so my last days could be spent looking like Babe Town USA. Plus, she’s adorable.

5. Modern Guilt
Okay, I know it came out in July but seriously, this is AMAZING. Beck’s previous seven full length releases spotlighted his immense talent but Danger Mouse accentuates it to perfection. If you haven’t checked it out, stop being lazy and do yourself a favor.

And my least favorite thing: The Sarah.
The new Rachel… for your mom.
